About TaskLoop
TaskLoop is one operations platform for building management, hotel management and task management. It is built by RozaMoon LLC, a software company founded in 2023.
What TaskLoop is
TaskLoop is an operations platform that turns requests into tracked, accountable work. It covers three areas that usually live in separate tools: building management, hotel management and task management. All three run on the same flow: someone makes a request, a coordinator assigns it, a staff member acts on it, and the requester rates the result.
The platform is made of three apps that share one record of work:
- A guest app. A guest scans the QR code in their room, submits a request, sees it tracked and rates the service when it is done. No phone call needed.
- A reception and admin dashboard. Coordinators register requests, assign them to staff or departments, and set priority, deadline and instructions. They see every open request and each department’s workload in real time.
- A staff mobile app. Technicians, housekeepers and other frontline staff receive, accept and complete tasks, with push notifications, status updates, optional photo proof and completion timestamps.
Overdue tasks escalate to supervisors, and reports show completion rates, response and completion times, staff performance and guest ratings.
Why it exists
Operational work usually runs on phone calls, paper and group chats. A guest calls the front desk about a dripping tap. A note goes into a logbook, then someone sends a message to an engineering group. Whether the job was done, who did it and how long it took depends on who remembers. The same pattern repeats in residential towers, office buildings and any team where the work happens on the floor rather than at a desk.
TaskLoop exists to give that work a single, visible path. Every request gets an owner, a deadline and a status. Late work is flagged to a supervisor instead of waiting for a complaint. Managers can see where time is lost from records rather than guesses. We wrote more about this pattern in why WhatsApp groups fail as a work tool.
We built one platform rather than three products because the underlying job is the same. A chief engineer clearing a snag list, an executive housekeeper turning rooms and a facility manager handling tenant tickets all need to know what is open, who has it, and when it will be done.
Who builds it
TaskLoop is a product of RozaMoon LLC, a software company founded in 2023. RozaMoon builds and maintains the product, from the apps and dashboard to the infrastructure behind them. You can learn more about the company at rozamoon.com.

TaskLoop is designed for operations teams anywhere. It is not tied to one country or one type of property.
How we work
We start from the workflow, not the feature list. A demo begins with how your requests arrive today, who handles them and where they get stuck. Then we show how that maps onto TaskLoop. If it does not fit, we say so.
We keep claims to what the product does today. If a capability is still being confirmed, we tell you rather than promise it. Pricing follows the same rule: it is quote-based and tied to your property or team size and your needs, so there is no generic plan that hides the parts you would actually pay for.
The people who build TaskLoop also answer questions about it. Feedback from the teams that use it goes straight into what we build next.

Questions people ask
Who owns and builds TaskLoop?
TaskLoop is a product of RozaMoon LLC, a software company founded in 2023. The same team designs, builds and supports the product, so questions from a demo or a pilot go to the people who write the code rather than to a separate sales layer. You can reach the team at dev@rozamoon.com or through the contact page.
Is TaskLoop only for hotels?
No. TaskLoop has three equal pillars, building management, hotel management and task management, on one platform. The same request, assign, act and rate flow serves a residential tower, a hotel or any frontline team that needs work tracked from report to completion, with an accountable owner at every step.
Does TaskLoop replace our property management system?
No. TaskLoop works alongside property management systems such as Oracle OPERA, Cloudbeds and Mews. The PMS keeps running reservations and billing, while TaskLoop runs the operational work around them, such as guest requests, housekeeping tasks and maintenance jobs, so each system does the job it was built for.
How is TaskLoop priced?
Pricing is quote-based. It depends on the size of your property or team and on what you need the platform to do. A free demo is available, and the quote is prepared after the team understands your workflows, so you pay for a setup that matches how your operation actually runs.
