TaskLoop pricing is quote-based and sized to your operation
TaskLoop does not publish fixed prices. Each quote depends on the size of your property or team and what you need, mainly the number of properties, rooms or units, the number of staff users, the modules you use and the onboarding involved. A free demo comes first.
How TaskLoop is priced
TaskLoop pricing is quote-based. There is no public price list; each organisation receives a quote based on the size of its property or team and what it needs. No prices are published yet, and whether TaskLoop will publish standard plans or per-unit rates is still being decided.
The reason is practical. TaskLoop serves three very different settings, hotels, buildings and frontline teams, and the factors that drive cost vary between them. A quote lets us price what you actually use.
What affects the price
Four things shape a quote.
| Factor | What we look at | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Size of the operation | Number of properties or sites, and the number of rooms or units | One 120-room hotel, or three residential towers |
| Staff users | How many people use the staff app and the admin dashboard | 25 housekeepers and technicians, 4 reception agents |
| Modules | Which parts of the platform you need | Guest QR requests, housekeeping, maintenance work orders, reports |
| Onboarding | How much setup and training help you want | Department and category setup, staff accounts, room QR codes, supervisor training |
Bigger is not the only variable. A small property with many departments and a high volume of requests may need more setup than a larger one with a simple flow. That is why we ask about your operation before quoting.
How the demo works
The demo is free and is the first step to a quote.
- Get in touch. Use the contact form, email dev@rozamoon.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the type of operation, its approximate size, and the problems you want to solve.
- Walk through your current flow. On a call, we look at how requests reach your team today, through phone calls, the front desk, paper or chat groups, and where they get lost.
- See TaskLoop on a setup close to yours. We show the request flow, the admin dashboard and the staff app, using request types and departments that match your operation.
- Receive a quote. Based on your properties, staff users, modules and onboarding needs, we send a quote.
- Plan the rollout. If you go ahead, we agree on departments, staff accounts, categories and, for hotels, room QR codes, and on which team starts first.
What every quote covers
Whatever the size, the core product is the same: the request app with QR codes for guests, the admin dashboard for registering and assigning requests, the staff mobile app with push notifications, status updates and photo proof, escalation of overdue tasks to supervisors, and reports on completion rates, response and completion times, staff performance and guest ratings.
To see how those pieces fit together, read how it works, or go straight to book a demo.
Questions people ask
Why don't you publish prices?
The cost of running TaskLoop for a 40-room hotel, a portfolio of residential towers and a cleaning company with 200 staff is very different, and a single price table would fit none of them well. A quote based on your properties, staff users, modules and onboarding needs is fairer. Published pricing is under review, and this page will be updated if that changes.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. The demo costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. We use it to understand how requests and tasks move through your operation today, show you the guest or resident request flow, the admin dashboard and the staff app, and then prepare a quote that reflects what you actually need.
What information do you need for a quote?
The type of operation, meaning hotel, building, or frontline team, plus the number of properties or sites, the number of rooms or units, roughly how many staff will use the staff app and dashboard, which departments are involved, and any onboarding help you want. Approximate figures are enough to start.
Do guests or residents count as users?
The people who are typically counted are your own team, the staff who receive and complete tasks and the people who assign them in the dashboard. Guests who scan a room QR code to make a request are not staff users. How exactly users are counted for your organisation is set out in your quote.
Can we start with one property or one department?
Starting small is a reasonable approach, for example one hotel, one building, or housekeeping before engineering. It lets your team learn the loop before you expand. Discuss the scope you have in mind during the demo, and the quote will reflect it.
Is onboarding included?
Onboarding is one of the things that affects the quote. It covers setting up departments, staff accounts, request categories and, in hotels, QR codes for rooms, plus helping your supervisors run the first weeks. The amount of help you need depends on the size of the rollout, so it is agreed as part of the quote.
How do I request a quote?
Book a demo through the contact form, email dev@rozamoon.com, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what kind of operation you run and roughly how large it is. We arrange a demo at a time that suits you, and after it we send a written quote.
