Questions people ask
Can I download these checklists as files?
Not yet. Downloadable versions are being prepared and will be added to this page when they are ready. For now, each checklist and template is published inside the linked article, where you can read it in full and copy it into your own documents, spreadsheets or task tools without signing up for anything.
Do I need TaskLoop to use these templates?
No. The checklists and templates work on paper, in a spreadsheet or in any task tool. They describe good operational practice, such as what to inspect, how often and who signs it off. TaskLoop is one way to run them with assignment, escalation and photo proof, but the content stands on its own.
Are these resources specific to one country?
No. The guides are written for operations teams anywhere. Where local rules matter, for example inspection intervals for lifts, fire systems or water tanks, check the requirements that apply to your building and adjust the template to match them before you put it into use.
